Shipping policy


Note: Online orders can also be picked up in our Calgary store! We would love to see you! Just select In Store Pickup at the Checkout instead of Shipping.

We will do our best to ship your order in a timely manner. Our typical processing time year round is 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, not including Holidays). Orders placed during special events or during certain times of the year may experience longer processing times due to the volume of orders. We will ship your order by the fastest available courier to your location using at least either Canada Post Expedited Parcel or UPS Standard. Due to insurance requirements, some orders may require a Signature in order to be covered by insurance.

Delivery Times:
The below estimates are not guarantees and are business days, meaning Monday to Friday and not including Holidays.. As we are not directly responsible for the delivery of your package, we have no control over the actual delivery process. Courier delays and other unforeseen events can cause delivery times to increase, and that is unfortunately something we can not control.

Shipping time to Atlantic Canada, Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut varies and is usually no more than 7 business days. Service to PO Box addresses and rural areas that can only be serviced by Canada Post may experience longer delivery times.

*Days quoted are transit time, once the courier already has your package and does not include processing. Most orders are DELIVERED within 7 days of the order being placed. Carrier delays and other unforeseen events could cause delays, and are unfortunately not something we can control.

Please note that neither the courier (Canada Post, Purolator, UPS) or EviBeauty.com can or will be held liable for packages that are marked as Delivered and are subsequently stolen from your property. If a package has disappeared from your property after being Delivered you must report the theft to the local Police Department and file a claim with your home insurance. A refund will not be issued by the courier or EviBeauty.com, and products will not be re-sent by EviBeauty.com. If you will not be available at the time of your Delivery, it is best to contact the courier to reschedule Delivery to avoid this potential (albeit rare) problem.  All couriers are outfitted with a GPS device, and regardless if a Signature is required or not, the location of the courier at the time of Delivery is logged and will be used as evidence that the package was properly Delivered.

Packages marked Return to Sender, Undeliverable, or Refused, will not be fully refunded. The full, actual cost of shipping (a receipt will be provided to you) and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted. A small fee may apply to have the package re-sent. Packages are insured while "In Transit" only, meaning before it has been marked as "Delivered".
