Please Note: As is an industry standard, along with for hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns of products that are Unopened and Unused, completely in their original packaging, including any outer wrapping. Returns can also be made at our Calgary store location.

Due to the organic, natural, and preservative free nature of our products and their shorter shelf life, all returns must be initiated within 14 days of the product being marked as "Delivered" to you by the courier, or from the date of your purchase In Store.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hello@evibeauty.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include a photo of the reported damage or incorrect items received.

Allergic or Adverse Reactions
If you have had a reaction, allergic or otherwise, to one of our products please email us at hello@evibeauty.com including a photo of your reaction for our Medical Director to review. While we can't accept returns of opened and used products, you may receive a Store Credit equal to the value of the products you are unable to continue using.


Free Gift
If your order received a Free Gift as part of any promotion, the Free Gift must also be returned in its original unopened and unused condition in order to receive a full refund. If the Free Gift is not returned, the retail value of the Free Gift will be deducted from any refund that is given.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Refunds will not be issued on products that have been opened or used. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
